In lieu of being able to practice in the Caucus Mountains in the dead of winter...
I'm choosing to work out like a fiend with P90X and Insanity!
However, I'm quite giddy about working out using P90X2 in the very near future! I'm pretty sure it was rooted in a Siberian theory of exercise science. I'll have to look that up and get back to you, though ;-)
