I have been finding more recently that working for a more socially just, nurturing, and compassionate world is not something that is divorced from our own personal balance and well-being. I created this page to provide a place for conversation, dialogue, and exploration of the connections between creating a better world in relationship with improving personal wellness. Creating a more peaceful and balanced world seems to go hand-in-hand with having a balanced mind-body-spirit.
